Skating: Perfect for beginners. Learn the basic skating skills; forwards, backwards, stopping and starting. Improve your balance and increase your confidence. The players are required to have a stick and wear a helmet.
Stickhandling: After completing Skating, skaters will add agility and puck control to their skating skills. Players are required to have a stick, and wear a helmet with face cage as well as hockey gloves.
Shooting: Following the Stickhandling course, skaters will learn how to shoot the puck at a stand still and while skating. Shots to learn at this level are with the wrist, snap, slap and backhand. Players are required to wear full hockey gear.
